A unique multi-use glitter topper formula that won't melt your liquid lipsticks! Our toppers are an artistic effect, water-based glitter gel formula that dries down and stays in place and can be used on the eyes, lips or face!

Glam up your makeup look by swiping some product over our matte liquid lipsticks for a unique color-shifting lip that lasts for hours.
Layer under or mix with gloss, use them as a cheek or inner corner highlight, apply over your eyeliner, or swipe over your eyes for extra sparkle and dimension.

How to Use

Our toppers' color-shifting and sparkling effects are most striking when applied over a colored base. They have a thin consistency, ensuring they don't clump or drag the product beneath them during application and can be built up to desired intensity. They work best over our liquid lipsticks but can also be used in other face applications such as mixing with a gloss or using as a highlight.

Some ingredients may settle/separate, shake well before use. Apply a thin layer of product over desired area with wand or finger and allow 1 minute to fully dry. 💡Avoid water exposure which will degrade the film forming ingredients.

I tried a different brand of holo lip toppers several years ago and loved them, recently got back into makeup more and wanted something similar but couldn't find anything until I found these, and the colors are even more gorgeous than my old ones 😍

Super sparkly and stays on well!

This shimmer is really great overall. It's got a ton of glitter and stays on really well when applied over lipstick. I'd say the only downside is it doesn't have what I'd consider a super spreadable consistency, which means you're going to need to use a lot more product to get a full cover application. However, the colors are lovely and work great with quite a few different shades of reds and oranges that I've tried. I'll definitely buy again in different colors.initely

Great product

I really enjoy this product. Easy application and didn't irritate my skin or eyes at all. I only wish it was a tad more opaque, but that is only because I'm using it more for eyes than lips. Went great over black liquid liner and added a cool color shift pop. Going to try as highlighter next. Thanks for a great product and quick shipping.
