SHIPPING
Order processing typically takes 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) but can extend up to 10 days during peak sales or new product launch times.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days on lightly used/unused products. Return exclusions are: sale or discontinued items. Please note that all return shipping costs fall upon the customer and are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
To ensure smooth and fast operation of our fulfillment processes, we cannot cancel or modify orders after 24 hours of order placement.
LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN POLICY
Inspect your package within 7 days of receiving and contact us immediately if you notice damage or missing items. Do not discard or tamper with any damaged items or their packaging.
We insure all packages up to $100 with Shopify's Shipsurance. Please be aware that Shopify's Shipsurance claims may take several weeks to be approved which is why we recommend the alternative below; Route Shipping Protection.
We've partnered with Route Shipping Protection which is the fastest way to get a replacement or refund for damage, misdelivery or theft. If you add this to your order at checkout, you don't need to contact us if something goes wrong, just head over to https://claims.route.com/ within 15 days of the incident and file a claim in minutes.
ORDER LIMITATIONS/RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to freight/mail forwarding business addresses or warehouse addresses, unfortunately, these orders will be canceled upon being reviewed. Orders that are forwarded to another location after initial delivery will be void of replacements and/or refunds should something happen to your package while in another party's hands. We do not take responsibility for how other shipping services or third parties handle your package.
REWARD POINTS
Our Rewards Program allows you to earn 10 points for every $1 spent, excluding shipping and taxes. Please note that the points displayed on product pages are based on the listed price before any discounts are applied. If a discount is applied, the points earned will be adjusted accordingly. In the event of a return, any points associated with the returned items will be deducted from your account.
