A unique multi-use glitter topper formula that won't melt your liquid lipsticks! Our toppers are an artistic effect, water-based glitter gel formula that dries down and stays in place and can be used on the eyes, lips, or face!

When using this product on the lips, pair with one of our matte liquid lipsticks for best results to achieve a unique color-shifting lip that lasts for hours.
Mix with gloss, use them as a cheek or inner corner highlight, run through your eyebrows, apply over your favorite eyeliner, or swipe over your eyes for extra sparkle and dimension. Disclaimer: Some shades are formulated for the lips or face only. Application instructions are noted above.
This is a multi-use product suitable for eyes, lips & face. Have fun experimenting with your favorite colors and applications.

How to Use

Our toppers' color-shifting and sparkling effects are most striking when applied over a colored base. They have a thin consistency, ensuring they don't clump or drag the product beneath them during application and can be built up to desired intensity. They work best over our liquid lipsticks but can also be used in other face applications such as mixing with a gloss or using as a highlight.

Some ingredients may settle/separate, shake well before use. Apply a thin layer of product over desired area with wand or finger and allow 1 minute to fully dry. 💡Avoid water exposure which will degrade the film forming ingredients.

Great effect

I love how it looks on the lips. It's really bright and sparkly. However, I'm not sure about the quality, it does dry up my lips.

Thank you for your review, Sofya. One note to mention about lip application, our toppers are designed to be applied over a lipstick or mixed with a gloss for best results. Our toppers do not contain emollients that lipsticks and glosses have for them to be worn by themselves. This is so our toppers don't melt/break down other formulas when combined with other products. Stunning Colorplay

My Queen Bee liquid topper is a wild, shimmery combination of pink and gold and looks great in a light coat over my eyelids and also over bare lips. It is perfect and has no annoying smell nor is it remotely sticky. I will definitely be ordering more.
