Stand out with our sparkly, color shifting liquid toppers for eyes, lips and face! Our multi-use toppers are not a gloss but an artistic effect, water based gel formula that dries down and stays in place. Glam up your makeup look by tapping some product over our matte liquid lipsticks for a unique metallic lip that lasts for hours. Layer under or mix with gloss, use them as a cheek or inner corner highlight, apply over your eyeliner or swipe over your eyes for extra sparkle and dimension. Experiment with your favorite colors and have fun! *Note: Some shades are meant for the lips/face only and are noted above.

How to Use

Some ingredients may settle/separate, shake well before use. Apply a thin layer of product over desired area with wand or finger and allow 1 minute to fully dry. 💡Avoid water exposure which will degrade the film forming ingredients.

For Eyes: Apply over eyeliner, bare lids or as an inner corner highlight. When applying over an eyeshadow base, swipe wand across desired area and allow to dry. Do not blend with a makeup brush as this will cause the gel formula to smear and lift.

For Lips: Apply our Moonlit Metals over one of our matte liquid lipsticks or mix with your favorite gloss for best results.

For Face: Blend some of our Moonlit Metals out over your cheeks or brush through eyebrows for a fun, twinkling highlight.

Great color shift

My 2nd favorite color. The girls at work love when i get something new.

So beautiful and stays all day!

I have oily hooded eyes, usually by the end of my day i have a line on the top of eye lid from my eyeliner. But not with this! I use this over my black eyeliner and not only is it beautiful (hummingbird vibes), it doesnt move! All day stay! I can't wait to get it in more colors!

Beautiful & easy to apply

I've used this on my eyes and my lips and I love it! For my lips I wore it over menagerie liquid lipstick to great success. For my eyes I've worn it over about-face face paint and it looks fantastic.

LIT UP

I tried this out and received so many compliments that I bought the other toppers! Not since Black Moon have I loved toppers so much, these are incredibly pigmented and so fun to wear! I love them!! I put a strip of color down on the lash line BEFORE my mascara (I curled my lashes before I did this) and it came out really well! I cannot wait to get the other toppers!!!
