Our perfectly curated pastel rainbow palette is inspired by the cute and cuddly Harp Seal and holds 11 buttery soft mattes and one twinkling duo-chrome highlighting shade! Did you know that baby harp seals are born with a super fluffy, off-white fur coat to help keep them warm on the ice as they mature? Once matured their coat will turn a silverish-gray color with a black marking on their back that looks like a harp.

    Perfect Pastel Pup!

    In addition to having the most adorable baby seal on the cover of the palette, the colors are beautiful! I would call them "saturated pastels" in that they are not too light but not too bright, at least for my complexion. I think the palette would work for all skin tones. The colors are beautiful and blend well. I am very happy to own this gorgeous palette :-)

    favorite palette

    I've owned this since release and use it fairly often. The blue metallic looks amazing over whatever color you place down. There will be some staining but that is to be expected with most of the palettes I own personally.
